Well good morning sweetie, did you sleep well?
My cotton candy and I made an “improvement” (more like a death wish) about our training schedule. Even though we’re gonna stick to going to the gym 3 days per week, were gonna exercise the abdominal area every morning.
I woke up at 8 and did it, it was tough and painful but worth it.
Took a shower, gonna eat some breakfast soon.
Gym will be visited on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, abs will be tortured every day!
